How does NexoServers differ from traditional hyperscale cloud providers?

We deliver 100% physical bare-metal servers without shared hypervisors or multi-tenant virtualization layers. You get full sovereign control over CPU, RAM, and storage, backed by dedicated symmetric network ports up to 40 Gbps with completely unmetered traffic.

Which datacenters and cities do you operate in?

We operate infrastructure in four primary telecommunication hubs: Madrid (Spain), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Frankfurt (Germany), and Miami (United States).

How does the ordering and provisioning workflow work?

Select your preferred hardware in the catalog, choose your operating system or add-ons, and submit your inquiry directly to our engineering team on Telegram. We confirm stock, specifications, and fast-track provisioning in minutes.

What technical support level and SLA are provided?

We provide 24/7/365 direct access to senior system engineers, proactive hardware and network telemetry monitoring, on-site hardware component replacement under 2 hours, and a 99.95% network uptime SLA.

Is there any mandatory contract lock-in?

No. All standard configurations feature month-to-month billing with no long-term lock-in or cancellation penalties.

Do you include DDoS protection with every server?

Yes. All NexoServers infrastructure includes automated volumetric L3/L4/L7 DDoS mitigation at the network edge — no extra cost, no latency impact on legitimate traffic.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept SEPA bank transfers, cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT), and direct billing agreements. Contact sales for custom options based on contract volume or duration.

Can I upgrade bandwidth or resources after deployment?

Yes. Port upgrades, storage expansions, and hardware migrations can be requested directly via our engineering team. Most upgrades require no downtime.

Is the service managed or unmanaged?

The base service is unmanaged — you have full root access and IPMI control. Our engineers provide direct support for setup, initial configuration, and hardware incident resolution via Telegram.
