Terms of Service & Service Level Agreement (99.9% SLA)
1. Scope of Bare-Metal Infrastructure
NexoServers delivers physical bare-metal servers equipped with root-level out-of-band IPMI/KVM access, symmetric unmetered line rates, and enterprise-grade hardware components (Intel Xeon, AMD EPYC, enterprise NVMe).
2. Network Availability Guarantee (99.9% SLA)
We contractually commit to a 99.9% annual network uptime across our facilities in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Madrid, and Miami, sustained by multi-homed Tier-1 transit backbones and direct IXP peering points.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Utilizing our network infrastructure for malicious actions, outgoing denial-of-service floods, botnet orchestration, unsolicited bulk messaging (spam), or any activity violating German or European law is strictly prohibited.
4. Billing Cycles & Cancellation Terms
Subscriptions operate on recurring prepaid monthly cycles with zero lock-in contracts. You may cancel service at any moment prior to the commencement of the subsequent billing cycle.
